We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to join our DTC team in a full-time, exempt, office-based role reporting to our Director of E-commerce. This person will lead the strategy and operations of ViXPaulaHermanny.com, treating it as the brand's digital flagship rather than simply a sales channel. As we evolve our platform and expand our omnichannel capabilities, this is a rare opportunity to shape what a luxury digital experience truly looks like.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the end-to-end strategy and operations of ViXPaulaHermanny.com and other digital sales channels
  • Lead the Shopify Plus ecosystem, including site merchandising, technology stack, CRO roadmap, and global site optimization
  • Build an elevated, personalized shopping experience that brings the ViX brand to life, including fit and sizing guidance, personalized recommendations, and outfit builders
  • Drive an experimentation program, including A/B testing and structured measurement frameworks, to continuously improve conversion
  • Lead performance marketing across Meta, Google, and other paid channels, including creative testing and briefing frameworks
  • Support lifecycle marketing strategy across email and SMS, driving segmentation, testing, and retention initiatives
  • Partner with Global Marketing, Creative, Operations, and Planning on integrated campaigns and seasonal launches
  • Develop omnichannel capabilities in partnership with Retail, Customer Care, and CRM teams
  • Manage and coach the E-commerce Website Manager and lead agency partners
  • Track success across both commercial results and broader customer health indicators, including engagement, satisfaction, and return reduction.


Who You Are

  • 6 years in ecommerce, with at least 5 years in a digital management role, ideally within a brand environment
  • Deep expertise with Shopify Plus, including merchandising, CRO strategy, and site optimization
  • Full-funnel thinker with strong command of acquisition, retention, performance marketing, and onsite experience
  • Skilled at building creative testing frameworks and interpreting data to drive decisions
  • Customer-experience oriented, with a passion for building intuitive and inspiring digital journeys
  • A strong cross-functional collaborator who can prioritize, lead agency partners, and communicate clearly to senior leadership
