Our work culture fosters collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning.Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Solution Architect to join our team, supporting presale solutioning and the development of responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs). This role will work closely with capture and proposal teams to craft compelling solutions and collaborate with delivery technical teams to ensure practicality and alignment with execution capabilities. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong writing skills, capable of articulating complex concepts in clear, professional language for clients.Key Responsibilities: Presale Solutioning: Collaborate with capture and proposal teams in designing customer-focused solutions during the presale phase, contributing technical insights for competitive proposals. RFI/RFP Response Development: Create and refine RFI and RFP responses, ensuring technical accuracy, compliance, and alignment with customer needs. Collaboration with Capture & Proposal Teams: Work alongside capture and proposal teams to provide architectural input, support win themes, and refine solution strategies. Collaboration with Delivery Technical Teams: Partner with engineering and implementation teams to validate solution designs and incorporate execution-focused expertise into proposals. Technical Expertise: Contribute knowledge of systems and technologies, such as cloud platforms, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or software solutions. Writing: Write and edit proposal content using precise, professional language, addressing compliance, past performance, and risk mitigation effectively. Requirements Analysis: Review solicitation documents to identify technical and functional requirements, ensuring solutions align with evaluation criteria. Documentation: Develop supporting materials like architectural diagrams, technical narratives, and white papers to enhance proposal submissions. Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and government procurement practices to strengthen solutioning and proposal efforts. Qualifications: Experience: 3-5 years in solution architecture, presale engineering, or proposal development, with at least 2 years in supporting proposal and capture activities. Technical Skills: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), IT systems, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, and software development. Writing Skills: Strong ability to write clear, persuasive content tailored to client audiences, with experience in RFI/RFP responses or similar documents. Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to work effectively with capture/proposal teams and technical delivery teams to align strategy and execution. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage deadlines in a collaborative environment.
