What You'll Be Doing: Core Responsibilities
As our Parts Specialist, you'll manage the entire parts lifecycle, from receiving to shipping:
- Rapid Fulfillment: Execute the daily picking, secure packing, and shipping of spare parts, ensuring all standard requests by 2 PM and express requests by 1 PM are fulfilled the same day using the most cost-effective methods.
- World-Class Customer Support: Serve as the go-to expert for parts-related questions from Customer Service and internal VIVO departments via chat, email, or in-person, resolving inquiries about availability and status promptly.
- Inventory Management: Maintain and organize spare parts both physically and within our inventory software. This includes conducting annual cycle counts, assigning part numbers, tracking inventory levels, and requesting new stock from partner factories.
- ️ Process Improvement: Actively identify ways to improve the spare parts program, optimize picking/packing efficiency, and assist the Refurbishment team by supplying necessary components.
What We're Looking For: Qualifications
Must-Haves
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours daily and safely lift up to 60 pounds occasionally.
- Work Ethic: A demonstrated commitment to VIVO Values such as Integrity and Initiative.
Nice-to-Haves (Preferred Skills)
- Previous experience in a warehouse, packaging, or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with Google Drive applications (Gmail, Docs, Sheets).

Salary: From $18.00 -20 per hour plus productivity bonuses
