Job Summary:
Vivo Healthcare Taylor is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources/Payroll Coordinator to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our employees, managing payroll processing, and ensuring compliance with HR-related regulations. Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing: Accurately and efficiently process bi-weekly payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
HR Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including answering employee inquiries, maintaining personnel records, and preparing HR reports.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant HR-related regulations, including FMLA, ADA, and other federal and state laws.
Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment, plan design, and employee communication.
Recruitment: Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Employee Relations: Provide support to employees and management on employee relations matters, including addressing employee concerns and investigating grievances.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (n/a)
Experience: 5 years of experience, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the HR and payroll field
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word; payroll processing experience a plus
