Summary:
We're seeking a reliable, team-oriented, and compassionate Dietary Aide in the Sarasota, FL area to assist in the preparation and serving of meals to residents in accordance with facility guidelines and dietary requirements. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our residents receive nutritious and enjoyable meals in a clean and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities of the Dietary Aide:
Assist in preparing and serving meals and snacks to residents
Follow posted menus and portion control standards
Set up meal trays, dining room tables, and serve food and beverages
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, including dishwashing
Follow food safety and sanitation regulations
Assist in receiving and storing food supplies
Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff

Requirements of the Dietary Aide:
Prior food service experience preferred (healthcare setting a plus)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to follow oral and written instructions
