- Technical Excellence: Installing, servicing, and troubleshooting security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.

- A Sales Mindset: Experience in retail, business-to-consumer (B2C) sales, insurance, or service-based sales is a strong advantage.
- Customer-First Attitude: Ability to act with integrity while building rapport and trust with diverse customers.
- Technical Aptitude: Experience in cable or satellite installation, pest control, construction, or solar industries is helpful but not required.
- Requirements: A valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record. Ability to successfully pass post-offer background screening and licensing requirements in accordance with applicable laws.
The successful candidate must be able to safely perform the following essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation:
- Climb and descend extension and step ladders with tools and equipment on a repeated basis.
- Lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat and cold.
- Enter and perform work in attics where:
- Temperatures may exceed 110°F for short periods.
- Openings can be as small as 16” x 30” or 18” x 24”.
- Crawling, kneeling, crouching, and working in awkward postures may be required for up to 60 minutes at a time.
- Maintain three points of contact while navigating or traversing across trusses without stepping on drywall between trusses.
- Operate a company vehicle repeatedly.
- Perform work while standing for extended periods.
- Perform computer and telephone work while seated as needed.
