Home Pro (Vivint – Direct-to-Home Sales Representative)
Position Overview
As a Home Pro, you will represent Vivint as a direct-to-home sales professional, helping homeowners protect and automate their homes with industry-leading smart security solutions. You will engage directly with customers in residential neighborhoods, educate them on Vivint’s technology, and design customized home security and smart home systems that meet their needs.
This role is performance-driven, relationship-focused, and ideal for highly motivated individuals who thrive in face-to-face sales environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct direct-to-home sales presentations in assigned residential territories
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored smart home and security solutions
- Educate homeowners on Vivint’s products, including smart security systems, cameras, automation, and energy management tools
- Build rapport and trust with prospective customers
- Overcome objections and close sales in a professional, ethical manner
- Accurately complete contracts and submit required documentation
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
- Maintain a strong understanding of product updates, promotions, and competitive offerings
- Represent the Vivint brand with professionalism and integrity
