What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed or Associate Mental Health Therapist / Counselor (W-2) position at Vivify Counseling and Wellness?
If you’re looking for a practice where you can focus on high-quality clinical work while being supported by a collaborative team, we’d love to connect.
Vivify Counseling and Wellness is a growing private practice seeking a compassionate therapist to join our team. We welcome both independently licensed clinicians and associate-level therapists working toward independent licensure. Supervision and mentorship are provided.
Our practice currently maintains a waiting list of motivated, self-referred adults, and new clinicians typically begin receiving referrals soon after joining. As a therapist on our team, you’ll have the opportunity to build a caseload with clients who are invested in the process while receiving strong clinical and administrative support.
We are especially interested in clinicians who have experience treating — or an interest in learning to treat — trauma, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and/or substance use concerns. EMDR or other trauma-focused approaches are highly valued; we receive consistent referrals for this type of care.
Our goal is to support clinicians in building meaningful, sustainable careers while being part of a practice community that values collaboration, ongoing learning, and thoughtful clinical work.
We are especially excited to work with clinicians who are curious, growth-oriented, and passionate about their work with clients. Our team values collaboration, integrity, and a willingness to continue learning — both from one another and from the clients we serve.
