Contract • Los Angeles or Remote (U.S.)

About the Role

Viviene New York is building the next era of talent management for upcyclers, sustainability creators, and culturally relevant digital talent. We move fast, innovate constantly, and are scaling a roster that sets the tone for where creator culture is heading.

We are looking for someone ambitious, sharp, and unapologetically driven; someone who will challenge the industry, take real ownership, and grow with us. This role reports directly to leadership and plays a key part in mentoring and guiding our newer coordinators.

If you want a slow, corporate environment, this is not it. If you want to help shape the future of creator management, keep reading.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Management & Development
  • Serve as day-to-day manager for a roster of creators; provide guidance on brand strategy, rates, positioning, content direction, and long-term growth.
  • Build clear development plans for each creator, identifying revenue paths and expansion opportunities.
  • Manage every brand partnership end-to-end: pitching, negotiation, contracts, timelines, creative approvals, invoices and wrap reporting.
  • Hold creators accountable to deadlines and deliverables while maintaining VNY’s professional standards.
Deal Flow & Partnerships
  • Use existing brand agency relationships to drive consistent opportunities for creators.
  • Conduct weekly outbound pitching across categories aligned with creator strengths.
  • Monitor market trends and understand where brands are spending, what they need, and how our talent fits.
  • Negotiate clearly, confidently, and aggressively (professionally) on behalf of creators and Viviene New York.
Roster Growth (not your primary job function)
  • Identify and sign emerging creators that fit VNY’s editorial, sustainability-focused direction.
  • Track rising talent, platform shifts, and changing formats that influence performance.
  • Help refine and strengthen internal processes as the division scales.
Project & Campaign Execution
  • Oversee all campaign logistics from concept to go-live.
  • Coordinate across creators, brands, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Package campaign results into case studies and future pitching tools.
Performance Expectations & Quotas

This role has clear, measurable goals to ensure predictable growth across the roster.

  • Meet weekly outbound pitching targets.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of brand conversations, briefs, and proposals.
  • Track pitching metrics and conversion rates.
Revenue
  • Hit monthly revenue targets across managed creators.

Roster Expansion
  • Sign a set number of qualified creators per quarter.
  • Expand each creator’s vertical opportunities (multi-post programs, annual deals, product collabs).
Execution
  • Maintain 100% on-time deliverables for all campaigns.
  • Communicate consistently and professionally with both creators and brands.
Requirements
  • 2–4 years experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or digital entertainment
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Understanding of creator analytics, platform trends, and campaign structures
  • High level of organization and follow-through
  • Ability to manage many moving parts quickly and cleanly
