- Serve as day-to-day manager for a roster of creators; provide guidance on brand strategy, rates, positioning, content direction, and long-term growth.
- Build clear development plans for each creator, identifying revenue paths and expansion opportunities.
- Manage every brand partnership end-to-end: pitching, negotiation, contracts, timelines, creative approvals, invoices and wrap reporting.
- Hold creators accountable to deadlines and deliverables while maintaining VNY’s professional standards.
- Use existing brand agency relationships to drive consistent opportunities for creators.
- Conduct weekly outbound pitching across categories aligned with creator strengths.
- Monitor market trends and understand where brands are spending, what they need, and how our talent fits.
- Negotiate clearly, confidently, and aggressively (professionally) on behalf of creators and Viviene New York.
- Identify and sign emerging creators that fit VNY’s editorial, sustainability-focused direction.
- Track rising talent, platform shifts, and changing formats that influence performance.
- Help refine and strengthen internal processes as the division scales.
- Oversee all campaign logistics from concept to go-live.
- Coordinate across creators, brands, internal teams, and external partners.
- Package campaign results into case studies and future pitching tools.
This role has clear, measurable goals to ensure predictable growth across the roster.
- Meet weekly outbound pitching targets.
- Maintain an active pipeline of brand conversations, briefs, and proposals.
- Track pitching metrics and conversion rates.
- Hit monthly revenue targets across managed creators.
- Increase creator earnings quarter-over-quarter through strong pitching and negotiation.
- Sign a set number of qualified creators per quarter.
- Expand each creator’s vertical opportunities (multi-post programs, annual deals, product collabs).
- Maintain 100% on-time deliverables for all campaigns.
- Communicate consistently and professionally with both creators and brands.
- 2–4 years experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or digital entertainment
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Understanding of creator analytics, platform trends, and campaign structures
- High level of organization and follow-through
- Ability to manage many moving parts quickly and cleanly
- Los Angeles preferred; U.S. remote considered
- Google Workspace
