- Assist in resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
- Provide support to end-users via email, phone, and in-person, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
- Help maintain and update documentation for IT processes and procedures.
- Assist with the setup and installation of new devices, software applications, and peripherals.
- Help maintain an organized IT help desk, tracking and prioritizing support requests using ticketing software.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Support inventory management of IT equipment and supplies.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to senior team members as necessary.
- Learn and apply best practices in IT security and data protection.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends relevant to the IT support field.
