What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist position at Vivid Women's Health?
Vivid Women's Health is a private pay women's health practice with 2 locations throughout Bucks County, PA. We offer one-on-one, hour long sessions. We help women stop pain and leakage so they can live active lives.
Join our dynamic healthcare team as an Orthopedic/Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist. Ideal candidate will have some experience with treating pelvic floor conditions (and taken relevant coursework), but more importantly should be eager to learn and grow in the specialty of women's health and in the setting of a cash based practice.
We are a women's only pelvic health clinic.
Candidates must:
Dislike insurance based care and want to strive to deliver the highest quality patient care
Be a licensed physical therapist
Have passion for helping women through pelvic floor dysfunction
Be excited to work one-on-one for 60 minutes with patients
Emphasize the importance of manual therapy in treatments and treat with a full body approach
Eager to disrupt traditional physical therapy treatment style (is tired of treating 25 patients per day)
Help build a patient focused, growing practice
Eager to learn and grow professionally
Conditions that we treat:
Pregnancy and postpartum care
Pelvic girdle, hip and lower back pain
Urinary symptoms such as stress incontinence, IC, frequency and urgency
Bowel symptoms such as constipation and IBS
Chronic pain conditions such as endometriosis, vaginismus, vulvodynia, dyspareunia
Highly active patients with pelvic floor dysfunction.
