Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead AI-driven solution development for enterprise use cases. This role focuses on Microsoft Copilot, AI/ML integration, and Agile delivery, working closely with business and technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with AI architects to design scalable, business-aligned solutions
- Translate business requirements into technical architecture
- Ensure feasibility, scalability, and performance of AI solutions
- Gather and refine AI use case requirements with stakeholders
- Lead Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives
- Drive iterative development and continuous delivery
- Oversee testing, validation, and quality assurance processes
- Facilitate feedback sessions to improve solution outcomes
- Act as liaison between business and technical teams
- Manage risks, timelines, and resource allocation
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders
Required Skills
- 5 years experience as Solution Architect / Program Lead
- 5 years experience leading Agile teams and delivery
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and Dynamics
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and business applications
Preferred Skills
- Experience in enterprise AI solution delivery
- Strong stakeholder management and communication
- Experience working in consulting or technology-driven environments
