Show-Me Organics is a Missouri-based Medical Marijuana infused product manufacturing facility in Kansas City, Missouri. We are searching for our Dispensary Blue Sage Cannabis Deli in Carthage, a Inventory Manager with open availability for a Full Time Position.

Position Summary
The inventory manager is the primary individual responsible for the receipt of inventory, the accurate inputting and tracking of inventory, cost and price of inventory, and the coordination of inventory movement for all Blue Sage stores. The inventory manager must be familiar with the state regulations regarding inventory and must be comfortable using the state mandated inventory track and trace systems, including METRC and the POS system. The inventory manager will also serve as a budtender when inventory duties do not require attention. The inventory manager is also responsible for correspondence with other managers and budtenders concerning mistakes made on the POS system.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct cycle counts weekly
- Conduct monthly full inventory audits
- Stay current on incoming inventory and prep for it accordingly
- Receive inventory and accurately check it in
- Create skus on POS system accurately and according to compliance
- Input inventory into the POS system accurately
- Run inventory audit reports on expiring inventory weekly, per 100-1.180 Section 2 Section D 2.B , manage expiring inventory accordingly
- Work with managers to ensure the proper flow of product
- Facilitate training for budtenders regarding the flow on inventory on the sales floor
- Stay current on pricing in inventory
- Audit store inventory vs METRC and POS system
- Create regular inventory reports, including but not limited to: current inventory cost, category analysis, aging reports, and inventory over-time
- Accurately adjust and waste inventory as allowable through METRC and POS system
- Stay current with Missouri DHSS Cannabis laws and regulations related to inventory
- Maintain and observe product waste protocols
- Consistently implement BLUE SAGE SOPs to always ensure compliant operations.
- Maintain a high level of cannabis and product knowledge by utilizing available BLUE SAGE
training tools.
- Understand and maintain compliance with HIPPA regulations
- Solicit feedback from patients on desired products and services.
- Contribute to a high-quality culture focused on customer experience, compliance, mutual
respect, cooperatively working as a team, and most importantly having fun.
- Maintain a positive brand image in the local market and beyond.
- Maintain a clean and organized store and work environment.
- Immediately inform the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager when there is an incident of theft, contact with law enforcement or DHSS, workplace harassment issue, or a security incident.
- Any other reasonable tasks
