What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fulfillment Clerk position at VIVID INK INC?
Summary of Position:
The Inspection & Packaging team members process all completed work orders after production. This includes quality control and packaging with a secondary responsibility to process shipments as a backup for the shippers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Q/C jobs in order of due date
- Inspect jobs for color, accuracy and quality
- Inform I&P Manager or necessary department to fix errors and/or reprint jobs as needed
- Execute and adhere to standard operating procedures
- Make sure all jobs due are moved out of inspection packaging station on or before the day they are due
- Package jobs for delivery, pickup, shipment or installation according to our packaging standards
- Process shipment labels
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
Experience:
- Quality control or Warehouse: 1 year (Required)
Ability to Commute:
- Baton Rouge, LA (Required)
