Qualifications:
Delivery and Setup representatives do not need to have prior floral experience to apply, though dependability and attention to detail are a must! A valid driver's license is required, along with a good driving record. Also, experience driving regular and/or extended cargo vans is helpful. Applicants must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds. In addition, applicants must be able to stand on their feet and walk for 8 hours a day, and walk up and down stairs frequently.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Packages floral products and decorations for delivery.
- Completes necessary quality control checks.
- Delivers flowers and decorations for events, and decorates buildings, halls, churches, or other facilities where events are planned.
- Assist families/customers as needed.
- Prepares and completes all delivery reports as indicated by management.
- Pull, count, and clean rental items and other hard goods (props) that are returned from weddings and for future weddings.
- Inform manager of missing or broken rental items (props).
- Assist with regular inventory in the wedding department.
