Positions Available:
Dock Hands
Kayak/SUP Attendants
Check-In Staff
Located At: Browns Beach on Saratoga Lake NY
Dock Hands:
- Assist customers with launching and docking boats
- Maintain a clean and organized dock area
- Perform basic boat cleaning and inspection
- Ensure customer safety by enforcing dock rules and regulations
Kayak/SUP Attendants:
- Assist customers with kayak and stand-up paddleboard (SUP) rentals
- Provide basic instruction and safety information to renters
- Maintain and clean rental equipment
- Monitor the rental area to ensure customer safety and enjoyment
Check-In Staff:
- Greet and assist customers upon arrival
- Process reservations, payments, and rental agreements
- Provide information about rental options and local attractions
- Maintain a clean and organized check-in area
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
- First aid and CPR certification preferred
