Job Title: Senior Accountant
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Senior Accountant to join a fast-growing organization undergoing significant expansion. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, strengthening accounting operations, and improving processes as the company continues to scale. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain the general ledger, ensuring all activity is recorded in accordance with US GAAP.
• Prepare and review monthly accruals, account reconciliations, and journal entries to support timely financial reporting.
• Assist with domestic and international month-end and year-end close activities.
• Support the development of financial and management reporting through variance analysis and ongoing process enhancements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including operations, to provide accurate information related to inventory, costs, and other key financial areas.
• Identify opportunities for workflow optimization, system improvements, and increased efficiency throughout the accounting function.
• Respond to ad hoc requests and contribute to special projects as the business continues to grow.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of professional accounting experience with solid knowledge of US GAAP.
• Cost accounting, manufacturing, or multi-entity experience strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize, interpret, and present data effectively.
• Proficient in Excel and experienced with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite or similar.
• Self-driven individual who takes initiative and is comfortable improving processes in an evolving environment.
PAY TRANSPARENCY:
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $95,000 – $110,000. Actual compensation will be determined by the hiring authority and may vary depending on qualifications and other factors relevant to the responsibilities of the role.
