Job Title: Real Estate Portfolio Analyst
Overview:

This position offers broad exposure across asset management, portfolio strategy, and financial modeling for a diverse portfolio of office and industrial assets. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a collaborative mindset and a passion for real estate investing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create financial models for acquisitions, dispositions, and debt scenarios to inform investment decisions
- Support quarterly and annual budgeting processes through variance analysis and portfolio-level forecasting
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and scenario modeling to evaluate potential outcomes and support executive decision-making
- Prepare valuation reports and financial summaries used in investor reporting and internal presentations
- Build, maintain, and enhance Excel and Argus Enterprise models to support portfolio forecasting, valuations, and performance tracking
- Partner with Asset Management and Portfolio Accounting teams to deliver insights on portfolio performance, capital pacing, and strategic initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; focus in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline preferred
- 1–4 years of experience in real estate investment, asset management, or financial analysis
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Argus Enterprise (advanced users preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and financial modeling expertise
- Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
- A team player who thrives in a culture that values initiative, accuracy, and partnership
PAY TRANSPARENCY: The estimated {annual or hourly} pay range for this position is $75k - $90k. Actual compensation will be determined by the hiring authority and may vary depending on qualifications and other factors relevant to the responsibilities of the role.
