Job Title: Collections Specialist (Temp 3-5 months)Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Collections Specialist (Temp) to support our Finance team. This role manages Accounts Receivable and works closely with senior finance leadership. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills, along with a solid aptitude for technology. Familiarity with NetSuite and Microsoft Excel is highly beneficial. This position plays a key role in maintaining positive client relationships while ensuring timely and accurate collections.Key Responsibilities:Oversee collection activities and respond promptly to customer billing inquiries, including proactivefollow-up outreach.Investigate, document, and escalate customer disputes as needed, ensuring resolution in a timelymanner. Build and maintain professional relationships with internal teams and external clients.Partner cross-functionally to support purchase order processing and payment coordination.Provide responsive billing assistance and account support to customers and partners.Complete ad hoc accounting assignments as directed.Maintain accurate financial records and perform high-volume data entry with precision. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.0–2 years of experience in collections within a fast-paced office environment.High level of accuracy in data entry and financial recordkeeping.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) required.Familiarity with NetSuite preferred.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and task prioritization skills.Demonstrated strong work ethic.PAY TRANSPARENCY: The estimated hourly pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00.
