JOB DESCRIPTION: GENERATE NEW SALES
JOB TYPE: FULL-TIME
PAY: BASE SALARY $80K PLUS COMMISSION
REPORTS TO: SALES DIRECTOR AND SALES MANAGER
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:
- Cold calling/setting up appointments for events and meetings
- Call all leads provided by management and work the follow-up reports thoroughly
- Cold visiting/setting up appointments to potentially open new accounts
- Generate new accounts and identify professional accounts with great potential
- Achieve weekly goals
- Take/process new client orders
- Develop relationships with our clients
- Send clients thank you notes on a timely basis
- Turn in reports daily
- Up sell when taking orders
- Increase sales by providing educated responses
- Provided product knowledge to prospective accounts
- Work with customer service team to increase sales
- Complete other duties that may be assigned from time to time by management
- Process returns/exchanges
- Work with sales team to increase sales by providing in depth product knowledge
- Attend industry shows and events (may include weekends)
- This job involves coming to the office 1-2 days a week
- Meet sales quotas (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Energetic, perseverant, and aggressive sales professional
- Experience in the skin care, pharmaceutical, and or medical/healthcare industry required
- People skills
- Computer Skills (Microsoft Office required, QuickBooks preferred)
- Disciplined, organized, and punctual
- Time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Professional phone skills
- Seamless customer service skills
- 2 years in sales/cold calling
