Ready to put some incredible work experience on your resume? The Project Manager Intern will assist in managing and planning software-related projects for Vivacity Tech. The intern will review project requirements, schedules, and timelines and assist in assigning work to team members in an agile development environment.
This is an unpaid, fully remote internship for college credit. You must be an active college student in CO, IL, ID, MN, NC, WA, UT, TX, FL or SC to participate in the internship. Starting January 8th 2026, this internship will be 14 weeks long and will require 20 hours a week.

As the first and only Public Benefit Corporation (PBC) to provide technology hardware to schools, we believe we have a responsibility to ensure our nation’s students succeed. If hired as a Project Manager Intern, you will...
- Support project planning, tracking, and coordination activities
- Assist in facilitating team meetings and maintaining project documentation
- Learn project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
- Help coordinate cross-functional team communication and deliverables
- Meet with company employees, and write User Stories for different aspects of the projects.
- Create manageable tasks within user stories to assist in the software development lifecycle
- Use Jira to manage team workflow, assign tasks, request updates, etc.
- Work closely with a mentor
- Assist the development team in staying apprised of their quarterly goals and deadlines
- Proficient in gathering user requirements and documenting them
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience with agile software development
- High school diploma required
- Currently studying in a related field
