- Responsible for performing daily production activities
- Completes tasks such as pre wiring carts, white gloving, asset tagging, green boxing, laser etching, and heat pressing
- Conducts daily safety checks on equipment and processes to meet safety standards
- Verifies that outgoing deliveries meet company quality standards
- Inspects finished products and orders to ensure items meet production quality standards
- Investigates and resolves any production related issues
- Maintains knowledge of the processes and equipment used throughout the production process.
- Cross-trained in warehouse activities to assist as business dictates
- Performs other job related duties as assigned
- Thorough understanding of, or the ability to quickly learn, production operations and machinery
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize competing priorities and delegate them when appropriate.
- Expert technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and assist and train others
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
- Extremely proficient with Google Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software

- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate Degree preferred
- 1-2 years experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment preferred
- Prolonged periods of moving around the warehouse
- Ability to operate job-related machinery
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds of shipping materials at a time
