The NetSuite Administrator serves as a subject matter expert and hands-on technical lead for the administration, configuration, and optimization of our NetSuite ERP platform. They play a critical role in ensuring system stability, supporting cross-functional business processes, managing integrations, and enabling continuous improvements across Finance, Operations, and other teams. This position is in Greenville, SC. It is NOT remote.
Essential Functions
The NetSuite Administrator serves as a subject matter expert and hands-on technical lead for the administration, configuration, and optimization of our NetSuite ERP platform. They play a critical role in ensuring system stability, supporting cross-functional business processes, managing integrations, and enabling continuous improvements across Finance, Operations, and other teams. This position is in Greenville, SC. It is NOT remote.
Essential Functions
- Manage the daily administration of the NetSuite environment, including roles and permissions, workflows, scripts, custom records, configurations, and dashboards.
- Create, optimize, and maintain saved searches, reports, datasets, and KPIs that support data visibility and informed decision-making across the business.
- Design, test, deploy, and maintain NetSuite customizations that enhance usability and efficiency.
- Partner with Engineering/Development teams to scope and support code-based enhancements, integrations, and advanced customizations.
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Sales Operations, and other cross-functional partners to evaluate current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement scalable solutions within NetSuite.
- Translate business requirements into functional designs and technical specifications that align with system capabilities.
- Oversee and maintain integrations between NetSuite and third-party platforms (e.g., BigCommerce, Celigo, Fivetran), ensuring stable data flows and high-quality data synchronization. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integrations, API connections, scripts, workflows, performance, and general system behavior.
- Lead and/or support NetSuite projects, including new module implementations, upgrades, process redesign efforts, and system expansion initiatives.
- Coordinate with external consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Monitor and maintain system data integrity, access security, and compliance with SOX, GAAP, internal controls, and audit requirements.
- Develop, update, and maintain documentation for customizations, configurations, workflows, integrations, and standard operating procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 75-90k salary, depending on experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field
- 3 years of hands-on experience administering or engineering solutions within NetSuite ERP
- Strong working knowledge of core NetSuite modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and related workflows
- Demonstrated experience managing NetSuite customizations, system configurations, and third-party integrations in a growing or complex organization
- NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation Certification, preferred
- Experience working with integration platforms such as Celigo, Make/Integromat, or Fivetran, preferred
- Hands-on experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk (REST), and SuiteAnalytics, preferred
- Background or exposure to finance, accounting, or supply chain operation, preferred
- Familiarity with structured change-management practices and ticketing/workflow systems (e.g., Jira, Asana), preferred
- Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to bend,sit, and lift up to 50 lbs
