Vivacity Management is expanding, and we’re seeking an Entry Level Brand Account Representative to serve as the key connection between our telecommunications and its national retail partners, including Target, Best Buy, and more. This is a high-impact, field-based role designed for driven individuals ready to elevate their career in sales, account management, and leadership.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and retail partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Manage and support 3rd Party ISOs (Independent Service Organizations) and sales agents across 15 retail locations
- Drive performance by setting sales goals, tracking KPIs, and coaching teams
- Deliver in-store training, product knowledge sessions, and support new hire onboarding
- Conduct store visits, field rides, and sales audits to ensure brand consistency and compliance
- Partner with business owners to build and execute territory-specific growth plans
- 2 years of successful sales experience
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Self-starter with leadership potential and a results-driven mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel daily throughout the assigned territory
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
