What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensing Specialist position at viva?
Looking for a candidate with good computer skills to help with the overflow of work they currently have.
Job duties:
Assist with the processing of online and paper applications in the licensing system
Ensure application compliance with statutes
Fingerprint and perform background checks and keep applicants updated of the status of their application
Respond to public inquiries
Log fees and receipts
Prepare board meeting materials and minutes.
Attend and assist with board meetings.
Order office supplies
Skills and abilities will include:

Required Skills
Administrational experience
Preferred Skills/Experience:

This is a full-time on-site position.
20 hours/week, but this schedule is flexible.

Salary : $18 - $20
