Position Overview
The Process Technician plays a critical role in supporting the production floor, responding to technical requests, and resolving machine or mechanical issues in a timely manner. The technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and perform hands-on repairs to ensure smooth operations.
The successful candidate will complete 2 months of comprehensive training at the Main Plant before transitioning to the PES facility.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond promptly to requests and trouble calls from the production floor.
• Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs issues with machines and mechanical equipment.
• Provide support with soldering tasks and related processes.
• Perform failure analysis and document findings.
• Operate diagnostic tools such as multimeters.
• Work with small robotics, conveyors, automated soldering stations, and material dispensary equipment.
• Track work performed using basic computer applications.
• Maintain a high level of safety and use required PPE (metatarsal shoes) at all times.
Requirements
• 3 years of experience in electronics, manufacturing, or engineering preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills
• Hands-on experience with soldering (support and intermediate level)
• Ability to use multimeters and perform failure analysis
• Experience with small robotics, conveyance equipment, and automated machinery
• Basic proficiency with computers
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• 2-year technical degree or equivalent technician experience
Notes:
Shift: 1st shift
Shift hours: 8am-4pm
• Position is 100% onsite
• Approximately 75% of time spent on the factory floor, 25% at a desk

Salary : $35 - $40
