Job Summary
We are seeking a Behavioral Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will help patients identify and overcome negative behaviors. As a behavior therapist, you'll work with children and adults who live with developmental disabilities and disorders.
Responsibilities
- Help patients understand their behaviors
- Develop strategies to help patients improve their behaviors
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
- Perform regular wellness checks
- Teach parents how to develop healthy coping mechanisms
- Adhere to all company and licensing standards
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- CPR Certification or willingness to obtain one
- RBT certified or willing to obtain one
- Excellent organizational skills to facilitate program development
- Clean Record
- Preferably with a bachelor but not necessary
- Drivers License
- Car Insurance

The position requires that the candidates selected for this role transport themselves directly to clients' households and work one-on-one with the clients.
