Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our team in Bel Air, MD. The ideal candidate will be organized, punctual, and possess a creative approach to food preparation. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals while maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed at all times.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to accommodate special dietary requests and preferences.
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely meal service.
• Contribute creative ideas for menu development and presentation.

Qualifications

• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Serve Safe certification preferred.
• Creative mindset with a passion for food preparation.
• Accommodating and able to work well with others.
• Previous cooking experience is a plus.
• Must provide annual verification of a negative TB test.
• Must provide verification of MMR and Chicken Pox immunity/vaccination.
• Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet.
