- No nights
- No weekends
- Independent pediatric office (not a large corporate practice)
- Work directly with one pediatrician
- Smaller, family-oriented environment
Duties
- Greet and room patients in a friendly, professional manner
- Take and record vital signs, growth measurements, and patient history
- Administer vaccines and assist with other clinical procedures
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR (Office Practicum)
- Prepare exam rooms and ensure cleanliness and organization
- Support the physician during well and sick visits
- Assist with in-office lab work, prescription refills, and lab coordination as needed
- Maintain HIPAA compliance at all times
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA preferred)
- Proficient in taking vitals, administering vaccines, and handling EHRs
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and time management
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and comfort working with children and families
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
