What You’ll Do:
- Provide exceptional service by making thoughtful food and drink recommendations to guests
- Answer any menu and service-related questions with a friendly, knowledgeable attitude
- Check-in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and anticipate their needs
- Handle guest concerns professionally, always informing a manager and ensuring issues are resolved PLUS ONE
- Ensure that each guest receives fast, friendly, and accurate service
