Work Schedule: Onsite at our downtown Birmingham office, Monday through Friday.

Job Description
The Sales and Marketing Intern will primarily support the Marketing and Sales department through the pre-Open Enrollment season and assist in all administrative duties in the Marketing department.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with development and review of Medicare Annual Open Enrollment marketing materials.
- Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns.
- Assist with the creation of the imagery and content posted on VIVA HEALTH’s various social media accounts.
- Assist with the coordination of inventory distribution and order history data.
- Assist with the planning and execution of yearly department training and kick-off event.
- Assist with the testing and quality assessments of the Medicare agent portal redesign.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to work overtime and flexible hours, as needed
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in marketing and/or sales
- Proficient with Adobe Creation Suite
- Knowledge of social media analytics software such as Facebook Insights to track audience engagement and campaign performance
