Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other designated rooms.
- Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure floors, surfaces, windows, and fixtures are spotless and sanitized.
- Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, laundry services, and sanitation procedures to maintain hygiene standards.
- Prepare meals or assist with light cooking tasks as needed to support client requests.
- Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their preferences and feedback.
- Follow safety protocols and custodial procedures to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
- Keep detailed records of completed tasks and report any maintenance or supply needs promptly.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles with a focus on detailed sanitation.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and general sanitation practices.
- Experience in housekeeping management or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to perform light cooking tasks when required and handle laundry duties efficiently.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and supplies for various surfaces.
