Pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour (DOE)
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Includes a paid 30-minute lunch break as part of the 8-hour shift)

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Fill products into retail packaging using semi-automatic equipment or by hand.
- Apply labels to retail packaging using labeling equipment or by hand.
- Complete batch production records accurately and double-check work for accuracy.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure finished products meet company standards.
- Prepare finished products for shipment, including wrapping fragile items and assembling case quantities.
- Lift and stack 20–50 lb bags, boxes, and finished products onto pallets as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the day.
- Clean the production area at the end of each shift.
- Participate in weekly warehouse cleaning and general housekeeping.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday.
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to lift and stack 20–50 lb bags and boxes on pallets.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent judgment when packaging, labeling, and inspecting products.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with the ability to complete tasks on schedule.
- Willingness to assist other departments when needed.
- Positive attitude and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
