We prefer candidates who possess 6 months of work experience in a spa, or nail services environment, preferably with an emphasis on luxury, warm and friendly customer service. Additional requirements include:

• A warm, calm and nurturing demeanor

• A responsible; wellness-oriented team player, with a strong work ethic

• An amazing nail technician with a passion for caring for others

• Provide uncompromised individualized attention to every guest throughout the entire process, with every visit

• Laser focused on guest wellness 

• Very detail-oriented with flawless nail polishing skills

• Ability to perform relaxing, firm massage with every service

• Actively educate guests on home care & promote product lines

• Ability to create loyalty & maintain high retention

• Experience with CND a plus

• Anticipate, identify and ensure guest needs are being met in the best possible way

• Minimum of 6 months of professional experience as a Licensed Nail Technician

• Ability to work weekends and some holidays

• Ability to lift 25 pounds, and stand for extended periods, and bend, squat, twist, etc.

• Valid State of Texas Cosmetology or Manicurist license
