Role Description
This is a Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant role at VIV Wellness located in Dallas, TX. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for maintaining phone etiquette, performing receptionist duties, utilizing clerical skills, communicating effectively, and providing excellent customer service on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Phone Etiquette and Communication Skills
- Handle payments, membership programs, and daily sales tracking
- Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
- Assist with inventory management and retail displays
- Coordinate provider schedules and communicate appointment updates
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area
- Support marketing efforts (events, follow-ups, social media content assistance)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Qualifications
- 1 year of front desk, hospitality, or aesthetics/medical spa experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Tech-savvy with EMR, scheduling software, and basic Excel/Google Sheets
- Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and client satisfaction
- High school diploma or equivalent
