VIVÂMEE Hospitality is seeking an exceptional Vice President of Sales to lead, inspire, and scale our sales organization across a growing portfolio of lifestyle, luxury, golf, resort, wedding, event, culinary, and experiential hospitality assets.


This is more than a sales leadership role. We are looking for a servant leader, culture carrier, team builder, revenue driver, and brand ambassador who understands that sales in hospitality is not simply transactional — it is relational, emotional, intentional, and sacred.


The ideal leader will bring deep experience in luxury hospitality, lifestyle resorts, destination venues, weddings, private clubs, events, golf, memberships, group sales, and high-touch guest experiences. This person will be responsible for building and coaching a high-performing sales team, strengthening accountability, creating scalable sales systems, driving portfolio-wide revenue growth, and ensuring every client interaction reflects the warmth, professionalism, and excellence of the VIVÂMEE brand.

The Vice President of Sales will lead with heart, discipline, purpose, and excellence — creating a culture where sales are seen as everyone’s responsibility and every guest interaction is an opportunity to serve, educate, inspire, and deepen relationships.


This leader will partner closely with executive leadership, property leaders, marketing, operations, catering, golf, culinary, finance, and revenue teams to maximize every opportunity across weddings, events, golf outings, lodging, memberships, catering, banquets, and experiential packages.


Success in this role will be measured not only by revenue growth, pipeline strength, lead conversion, booking pace, and team performance — but also by cultural leadership, talent development, brand consistency, client satisfaction, and the ability to build a sales organization rooted in accountability, encouragement, confidence, and care.
