Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and medical facilities.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase the value of our medical solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts through proactive account management and exceptional customer service.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and customer needs within the medical sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet clients’ clinical and operational requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint.
Experience
- Proven success in B2B sales, particularly within medical or pharmaceutical sales environments.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills essential for managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct product demos and technical sales presentations confidently.
- Experience in outside sales roles with a focus on building new client relationships and expanding existing accounts.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, medical terminology, and product specifications is highly desirable.

- Proficiency with analysis tools and Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel to support strategic planning and reporting.
