VITURE is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to develop and execute content strategies tailored to different international markets with the Marketing Team. The ideal candidate is for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on creativity, thrives in fast-paced environments, and understands how to localize brand storytelling for different cultural contexts.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Marketing Team to develop global content marketing strategies, adapting narratives to regional characteristics across North America, Europe, and Asia.
- Lead end-to-end content production — including topic planning, copywriting, video scripting, and creative direction — optimized for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Reddit.
- Build a content repurposing system by deconstructing and reorganizing video, image, and copy assets into reusable modules.
- Analyze competitor content strategies and user feedback across international markets to refine VITURE’s positioning and establish differentiated storytelling advantages.
- Adjust content tone, visual style, and publishing cadence based on audience personas and market insights to deepen brand engagement and awareness.
- Manage global content files and workflows; coordinate with external agencies to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with regional teams to implement localized content strategies and measure their market impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
- 3 years of international content marketing experience, ideally in the technology or consumer electronics sector.
- Strong understanding of global social media platforms; experience with performance tracking and creative optimization.
- Proven skills in video content creation and visual design direction.
- Experience building or managing content libraries, modular asset systems, or localization pipelines is a strong plus.
- Prior experience in multinational companies, Fortune 500s, or startups scaling global content from 0→1 highly preferred.
- Technical or hardware-related marketing experience (smart devices, XR, consumer electronics) is a plus.
The base salary range for this full-time position in the San Francisco Bay Area is $85,000 – $110,000 annually.
