The Opportunity
- Up to $50k sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
- Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Hospital Medicine physicians.
- Current NY state license is a plus.

- 15-bed facility.
- 5-10 encounters per provider.
- Paragon EMR.
- Critical access hospital providing health care access to rural upstate NY.
