The Opportunity

- Provide high-quality healthcare services with a primary focus on health and wellness promotion. Deliver personalized wellness plans, conduct health assessments, perform routine screenings, manage chronic conditions, and guide patients toward optimal health.
- Hours of operation: Monday to Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Open on all Holidays.
- Available to work some weekends and some holidays.
- Single-provider coverage and physician(s) available by phone.
- Physician at location on most Sundays.
Required Experience and Competencies
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner
- BLS, DEA and National Certification required
- Experience in the follow area is a plus and willing to train in some areas: clearance medical exam/intake for a variety of therapies/modalities, weight loss management GLP, hormone therapy.
- IV Insertion - Sharp Shooter
- Create curated treatment plans for patients that encompass both conventional and non-conventional medical modalities.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and treatment plans for clients.
- Develop personalized weight loss plans, including dietary recommendations, exercise regimens, and behavior modification strategies, including prescribing and administering weight loss medications and injections.
- Administer IV hydration therapy to provide quick rehydration and replenishment of essential nutrients.

Salary range for this role is $80.00 per hour.
