The Opportunity

• Up to $100k sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
• Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine physicians.
• Current TX state license is a plus.
• Providers will be cross credentialed across all Emergency Departments.
• Visa candidates encouraged to apply.
• 24-hour shifts available and block shifts with personal preferences accommodated.

The Practice

UMC East Emergency Department – El Paso, Texas

UMC Northeast Emergency Department – El Paso, Texas

UMC Surgical Hospital – El Paso, Texas

• 6-bed Emergency Department with access to a 310-bed Level I Trauma Center and a 40-bed offsite hospital.
• Affiliated with the broader UMC system that includes: Comprehensive Stroke Center, Chest Pain Center, Level 4 Maternal Designation, and trauma services with access to UMC’s main campus resources.
• Approximately 39,000 annual visits across three Emergency Departments.
• Low volume, flexible scheduling allow physicians to continue other work, including telehealth or side projects while on shift.
