Lead HVAC Installer | $30-$50 hourly | St Louis
Monday through Friday, 8:00 – 5:00pm | Sign-On Bonus Available
We're hiring an experienced Lead HVAC Installer who have a desire to grow their skillset. This role focuses on service, maintenance, and customer-facing diagnostics and working independently on a consistent residential route.

About the Role
- Lead residential HVAC installations including furnaces, condensers, coils, and ductwork
- Oversee system change-outs and new installs to company standards from star to finish
- Ensure all work meets code requirements and manufacturer specifications
- Perform system start ups and verify proper operation
- Work as part of a team to complete installs efficiently and on schedule
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, no on-call requirement
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Proven ability to lead jobs and crews
- EPA Universal Certification
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and install quaity
- Ability to manage time, materials, and job flow effectively
