The Quality Supervisor supports both serial production and project launch activities, performing this function in adherence to applicable QM-System processes and procedures and Customer specific requirements, with expectations; to meet Company objectives, to achieve Customer satisfaction, and to facilitate improvement activities.

- Supervise execution of Firewall/Safe Launch activities; compile and chart results, disposition/release product in SAP, communicate results to Production and Management, facilitate production opportunities to improve results
- Supervise execution of Quality Hold Area activities; disposition product physically and in SAP, compile results, organize applicable FAB Plant RMA returns, communicate results to Supply Chain and Management, facilitate production opportunities to improve results
- Supervise execution of Dock Audit activities, compile and chart results, disposition/release product, communicate results to Supply Chain and Management, facilitate production opportunities to improve results
- Supervise execution of containment activities, compile and chart results, disposition/release product in SAP, identify product and racks, communicate results to Production and Management, facilitate production opportunities to improve results
- Supervise and perform ticket reconciliation and ticket scrap activities within SAP, for responsible areas, facilitate improvement opportunities
- Supervise execution of 5S activities in responsible areas, facilitate improvement opportunities
- Perform Job Observations on responsible personnel, provide training to improve performance, facilitate improvement opportunities
- Support Production/Project Launch activities (GR&R/CpK studies)

Qualifications

- Good computer skills.

- Willingness to follow established policies and procedures.
- Punctual, reliable, and self-directed.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Experience in a quality field preferred.
- Experience with quality inspection processes/system preferred.
