Vitro is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager for a full-time on-site position located in Tipton, PA. The EHS Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, conducting risk assessments, developing and implementing safety programs, monitoring workplace conditions, and leading EHS training sessions. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety, analyzing incident reports, and establishing preventive measures to mitigate risks.
- Strong knowledge of Environmental Compliance, Occupational Health Standards, and Workplace Safety Regulations
- Experience in developing and implementing EHS policies, safety training, and risk management programs
- Analytical skills for conducting risk assessments and investigating incidents
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating across teams and delivering safety training
- Proven experience in leadership and managing cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in industry-standard EHS tools, software, and monitoring systems
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Certifications such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional), CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist), or equivalent preferred
