The Opportunity
Are you an "advertising junkie" who keeps up with industry news, emerging tech, and great creative? VITRO is looking for an Assistant Account Executive (AAE) to join our squad. This is a vital supporting role where you will take the initiative to learn the agency business from the ground up. We want someone who understands that success requires teamwork and isn't afraid to stand up and be counted.
The Role
- Core Support: Provide essential administrative and tactical support to the entire Account Service Team.
- Workflow Management: Manage and track job flow via job jackets, status reports, and trafficking.
- Detail Obsessed: Create an organized work environment such that details are not missed and all documentation is proofread.
- Logistics Lead: Manage travel arrangements, food orders, and expense reports.
- Meeting Coordinator: Coordinate preparation and scheduling for internal and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Experience: 0–3 years of experience (ideal for recent graduates or those with relevant internships).
- Attitude & Urgency: The ability to work with a sense of urgency while maintaining a great attitude.
- Confidentiality: Able to adhere to the importance of confidentiality.

Salary : $45,000 - $67,000
