What You'll Do
As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment that keeps our manufacturing operation running safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
- Repair and replace motors, pumps, conveyors, bearings, gearboxes, chains, belts, and power transmission equipment
- Perform welding, cutting, fabrication, and equipment modifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Safely perform Lockout/Tagout and follow all safety procedures
- Operate forklifts, boom lifts, scissor lifts, and other maintenance equipment
- Respond to emergency equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
- Accurately document completed maintenance work
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and fellow Maintenance team members to improve equipment reliability
Qualifications
We're looking for candidates with:
- Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, conveyors, gearboxes, and rotating equipment
- Welding and fabrication experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Physical Requirements
This position requires standing, walking, climbing, bending, lifting, reaching, and working in varying temperatures throughout a large industrial manufacturing facility. Employees must safely work around moving equipment while wearing required personal protective equipment.
