We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to provide on-site care in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities in the Salem, OR market. (Full Time)
This role offers predictable schedules, no nights or on-call coverage, and strong clinical support—allowing you to focus on patient care without administrative overload. New graduates are welcome and supported through a structured mentorship program and will receive ongoing executive support.
Responsibilities • Daily patient rounding • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and facility leadership • Complete documented notes in EHR with integrated AI that allows quick seamless documentation
Qualifications • Active or eligible Oregon NP license • DEA and national certification (or ability to obtain) • SNF experience preferred, not required. New Grads are welcome to apply.
