What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender position at Vito's Italian Restaurant?
Vito's Italian Restaurant in Saint Johns, FL is looking for a PART TIME Bartender 3 years of experience required. We are open for dinner only. We are located on 116 Bartram Oaks Walk #101. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working. Available to work one day during the week and PT weekends.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks
- Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate
