- Candidate’s base salary range is $120,000.00 to $150,000.00.
- Candidates would also receive 40% origination credit and 3% on all fees earned.

Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: 3-10 years of personal injury law experience, Plaintiff or Defense side (candidates with strong litigation skills and trial experience are preferred).
- Skills: Strong organizational, negotiation, communication, and litigation skills are required.
- Dedication: A commitment to providing exceptional client service and achieving the best possible outcomes for injured individuals.
- Travel: Ability to appear for in-person hearings throughout Cook and collar counties.
