- Work inside major national home improvement retail locations. No door knocking. Customers come to you.
- Pay: $70 per kilowatt on every system sold from your appointments.
- Average system size is 10 kW.
- Fast payout after customer signing. No redline. No commission cap.
Door to Door Solar Sales
Canvass neighborhoods and generate your own leads.
Pay: Percentage based commission per system size with M2 & M3 payout timelines.
Growth and Advancement
Clear performance based promotion path from appointment setting to closing to management. Closers earn significantly more per deal. Advancement is based on results, not politics or tenure.
